Eli co-founded and was the Managing Director of Multipoint Wireless, a consulting firm specializing in program management, engineering, and staff augmentation. She provided the vision and devised the strategy that transformed the business into a tier-one multi-million-dollar company securing over 30 clients both nationally and internationally. Prior to starting Multipoint, Eli worked for Bechtel, the largest construction company in the US with revenues exceeding $25B, on the deployment of AT&T’s mobile networks.
Eli is a proven leader who transforms ideas into reality by using her executive management skills coupled with her entrepreneurial spirit and a strong sense of social responsibility. Eli brings deep expertise and a vast network in technology and telecommunication sectors in both developed and developing markets. With her strong strategy acumen, Eli is able to define business needs and formulates game-changing strategies to drive profitable growth.
Currently, Eli is working on a number of diversity and inclusion challenges within the workforce. In addition, she is helping nonprofit organizations transition from donor-based dependency to self- sustaining entities by creating income generation streams. Eli serves on the board of Mahtabe, a nonprofit working on identifying root causes of poverty and presenting sustainable solutions to enable inclusion and education for the most underserved people in Kenya; is a director and advisory council member of Enabled Children Initiative (ECI), a nonprofit supporting orphaned and abandoned special needs children in Afghanistan; and is a member of US-Afghan Women’s Council. In 2019, as the country director of ECI, Eli signed a trilateral agreement with the Government of Afghanistan and the Ministry of Public Affairs and Labour to build Afghanistan’s first self-sustaining community center for people with disabilities. For the past 10 years, Eli has been mentoring Afghan women entrepreneurs through Project Artemis, an initiative led by Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women and Thunderbird for Good.
Eli holds a Global MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in Business Management and resides in San Francisco.
