John Mack is a senior technology industry leader specializing in B2B go-to-market strategies and operations. He draws on over 30 years of professional experience in strategy, operations, and finance roles, including nearly 20 years each in enterprise technology and management consulting.
At Aptos Partners, a boutique consultancy that he founded, he has served clients across the enterprise technology value chain, as well as institutional investors and professional services firms, on topics ranging from cloud hyperscaler ecosystem dynamics, to GTM strategies, technology innovation strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and competitive landscape assessments, among other topics.
Previously, he led the GTM Strategy & Business Development function for Amazon Web Services’ largest sales region in North America, held the CMO role at 3 B2B software companies, and worked as a management consultant at firms including Accenture, Deloitte Consulting, and The Parthenon Group (now part of EY).
John earned his MBA from Duke University and his BA in economics and international relations from Claremont McKenna College. He is based in Berkeley, California.
