Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Chief of Staff. The Chief of Staff will work closely with senior executives to streamline operations, facilitate communication, and oversee strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include managing special projects, preparing reports, conducting research, coordinating cross-functional team efforts, and ensuring organizational goals are met effectively. More specifically, this role is to assist in client project delivery including contract management, client invoicing, receivables management, payroll, quickbooks and other potential functions like taxes, financial reporting, forecasting financials, etc.

- Strong organizational, project management, and operations management skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strategic planning and decision-making capabilities, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
- Leadership experience with the ability to influence, mentor, and drive team performance.
- Proficiency in tools (Quickbooks) and platforms (Google Suite & LinkedIn) supporting remote collaboration (Website Content Management), such as project management and communication software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively while leading multiple initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
