Jim’s experience in RF engineering, private 5G, and network optimization enables him to craft precise RFPs, guide vendor selection, and oversee construction, delivering secure, scalable connectivity for complex environments. A former US Navy Electronic Technician with a Top-Secret Clearance, Jim brings discipline and clarity to empower clients with innovative wireless ecosystems that drive operational excellence.
